Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2018 / Kabar /. Today Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Sapar Isakov in the framework of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland met with Paul Rawlinson, Global Chair of Baker McKenzie which is one of the world's leading law firms.
During the meeting, prospects for cooperation between the sides were discussed, the press service of the Government reported.
The Head of Government said that to date, active work has begun in Kyrgyzstan on large-scale reform of various sectors of the economy and public administration, including the improvement of domestic legislation.
The Prime Minister specified that currently necessary regulatory and legal framework have been created in the country, which provide favorable conditions for investment and business.
Isakov emphasized that the Kyrgyz government will continue active work in this direction.
Whereas, Paul Rawlinson said that Baker McKenzie is ready to provide the Kyrgyz side with all necessary legal and consulting assistance in carrying out reforms in the country.
In addition, in order to increase investments in the economy of Kyrgyzstan, the sides stressed the special importance of expanding activities of the Kyrgyz-American Business Council.
