Bishkek, Dec. 6, 2017 / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev paid an official visit to Serbia, where, following its results, an agreement was signed on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of internal passports for up to 90 days.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported that, on Dec. 5-6, Abdyldaev met with Serbian President Alexander Vucic, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and First Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
During the meeting, the sides stressed the need to expand the bilateral legal framework between the Kyrgyz Republic and Serbia. One of the initiatives of the Kyrgyz side was the proposal to the Serbian side to conclude a program of cooperation between the two countries' foreign ministries aimed at intensifying inter-agency cooperation.
Also, the Serbian side was proposed to consider the possibility of establishing joint ventures in the field of agriculture, food and processing industry, supplying goods, which were produced in Kyrgyzstan to Serbia.
In addition, attention was paid to establishing cooperation in the tourism industry.
