Bishkek, Nov.3, 2017 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Sapar Isakov met with Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov in Tashkent. The meeting was held within the framework of session of CIS heads of government.
The two prime ministers discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation.
Isakov said that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the further development of relations with Belarus on the whole range of issues on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation.
"Belarus is one of the leading countries in the implementation of digital technologies. We are also implementing in Kyrgyzstan a large-scale digitalization program "Taza Koom", which contains the concept of electronic economy and security," the Kyrgyz prime minister said.
Isakov added that representatives of state bodies visited Minsk in July 2017 to study the introduction of an electronic system for fiscalization of tax procedures, a system for marking goods, electronic invoices. In this regard, Sapar Isakov noted the need for further exchange of experience in promoting the digital economy.
Andrei Kobyakov noted that due to the efforts and harmonious work of the state bodies of the two countries the potential of cooperation is growing.
Then the parties discussed the possibilities of increasing the assembly production of tractors and service centers for maintenance of agricultural machinery in Kyrgyzstan, the establishment of joint ventures, and the intensification of contacts between Kyrgyz and Belarusian entrepreneurs.
