Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2017 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Sapar Isakov met with Ambassador of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Kyrgyzstan Robin Ord-Smith, the Kyrgyz Government’s press service reported.
At the meeting the sides discussed topical issues of Kyrgyz-British bilateral cooperation.
The Kyrgyz Prime Minister said that the British Ambassador during his activity in Kyrgyzstan made a great contribution to the strengthening and development of relations between the countries.
Also during the meeting, the sides discussed the measures to implement the national Taza koom project. The Prime Minister emphasized that business structures will be closely involved in this project and urged British investors to take an active part in its implementation.
British Ambassador Robin Ord-Smith expressed his conviction that the Taza koom project will allow to give a powerful impetus to the development of the domestic economy.
In addition, during the meeting, the sides discussed the international experience of countries on the transition to the digital economy.
