Bishkek, Feb.14, 2020. /Kabar/. Azerbaijan’s State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovation expressed readiness to share experience with Kyrgyzstan in building infrastructure, management system and development of legal acts.
Chargé d'affaires a.i. of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Bakyt Yusupov met with head of the Office of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovation under the President of Azerbaijan.
Following the talks, the Azerbaijani side expressed readiness to share its experience not only in the construction of the relevant infrastructure and management system, but also in the development of legal acts.
The sides also agreed that the Azerbaijani side will consider the possibility of sending its experts to Kyrgyzstan in the near future in order to study the current situation in the republic in the sphere of provision of public services.
ASAN service is a state agency for public services to citizens of Azerbaijan. The agency's goal is to make services more easily accessible to citizens using modern technologies.

ASAN service, as part of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is chaired by Ulvi Mehdiyev.
"ASAN service” centers are “one-stop shop”-based locations that bring together representatives of 10 government entities and private companies providing services in a public-private partnership.
More than 300 services are provided, including birth, death and marriage registration; identity cards; passports; driver licenses; real estate records; immigrant status and other civic services.
At the same time, functional support services, including banking, insurance, legal support, translation and other services are rendered at the center.
