Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. In 2024, the construction of 17 bridges was fully completed and put into operation on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
The Transport Ministry of the country reported that the construction of bridges “Abshyr-Sai” on 63 km of Osh-Batken-Razzakov highway, “Chili-Sai” on 43 km and “Kyrkol-Sai” on 29 km of Osh-Batken highway has been fully completed.
The construction of a 54-meter long bridge over the Chu river on the Kochkor-Communism road was completed.
A bridge was also commissioned on the Alamudun-Arashan-Koy-Tash highway in the village of Zarechnoye, Chui Oblast.
Construction of a bridge on the territory of correctional colony No. 16 in Moskovsky region was completed.
Construction of a bridge in Ak-Suu region in the village of Teplokluchenka was completed. In Jalal-Abad Oblast, a bridge on the Barpy-Iyri-Suu-Ozgon highway was put into operation.
Construction of the Bospiek-Zhergetal-Kapchygay bridge was 100% completed.
A bridge over the Kok-Art River was commissioned in Suzak district at 1 kilometer of the Jalal-Abad - Blagoveschenko highway.
Construction works on a bridge in Tash-Dobo village of Khalmion ayil district of Batken oblast were completed.
Construction of a bridge on Top-Zhangak-Kara-Suu highway was completed.
The bridge on Ak-Terek-Papan-Kojokelen highway was commissioned.
A bridge was built on the 7th kilometer of the Suzak-Aral-Zhyide road in Jalal-Abad oblast.
Repair works were completed on the bridge located at 24.7 km of the Kaitpas-Otukchu road.
Construction of a bridge on the Soh-Kan-Zardaly highway was completed.
The construction of a new bridge on 133 kilometers of Talas-Taraz-Suusamyr international highway (Urmaral River) was also completed and put into operation. Construction of the bridge with a length of 90.5 meters and access roads to it was carried out within the framework of the “Reconstruction of the bridge over the Urmaral River on the Talas-Taraz highway” project, the funds were provided by the Japanese agency JICA in the form of a grant.
In 2023, 7 bridges were built, construction of 2 bridges continued in 2024. And last year, the construction of 17 bridges was fully completed and put into operation.
