Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2025. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Maksat Mamytkanov held a meeting with rector of the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute Umidvar Guliyev.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the sides discussed the training of cadets from Kyrgyzstan at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute.
Maksat Mamytkanov, expressing gratitude for the high level of training of the Kyrgyz cadets and the attention given to them by the leadership of the institute, emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation and increasing quotas for citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
In turn, the rector of the institute Umidvar Guliyev supported the ambassador and assured of his readiness to deepen cooperation, noting the success of students from Kyrgyzstan, one of whom ranks second in the overall ranking of the best cadets of this institute.
In addition, the ambassador held a meeting with Kyrgyz cadets studying at this educational institution. During the conversation, issues of educational conditions and other aspects of interest to students were discussed.
