Bishkek, Jan.27, 2025. /Kabar/. Torugart-Avtodorozhnyi and Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhnyi checkpoints located on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border will be temporarily closed on Jan. 29-31.
The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported that the checkpoints will be closed at the initiative of the Chinese side in connection with the celebration of the Spring Festival in China.
The passage of persons, vehicles and cargo through these two checkpoints will be resumed from Feb.1, 2025.
