Bishkek, Jan.28, 2025. /Kabar/. As part of a working visit to Samsun Province, the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul organized a business forum on “Investment Opportunities of the Kyrgyz Republic” with the participation of representatives of business circles and investors of Samsun.
The press service of the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan reported that the main objectives of the forum were the presentation of economic and investment potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as strengthening trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
During the event, Consul General Lira Sydykova informed the participants about the current reforms in the country aimed at improving the investment climate and the benefits provided to foreign investors
In addition, Sydykova familiarized the forum participants with a number of investment projects in various areas, in particular, with a large-scale project of the city of the future - Asman, and urged investors to consider investing in this project.
At the end of the event, representatives of Turkish business expressed interest in deepening cooperation with Kyrgyz partners. The participants noted their readiness to make a study visit to Kyrgyzstan to further explore investment opportunities in the country.
