Bishkek, Feb. 10, 2025. /Kabar/. On February 7, 2025, Ruslan Kazakbaev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Türkiye, met with Yücel Kılıçkaya, coordinator of the Turkish TRT AVAZ television corporation, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
Kazakbaev congratulated Kılıçkaya on his appointment as coordinator of TRT AVAZ and expressed confidence that his professional experience in the field of media will continue to contribute to the further development of Kyrgyz-Turkish cooperation in the field of television, information and journalism.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of many years of successful cooperation between Kyrgyz and Turkish media, and outlined plans to continue the partnership in the field of information exchange and cultural initiatives.
Ambassador Ruslan Kazakbaev noted that the Kyrgyz side is interested in TRT AVAZ's experience in digitalization in the field of media, including the introduction of artificial intelligence systems.
The parties agreed on further cooperation, in particular, on the proposal of the Kyrgyz side to organize internships for Kyrgyz media employees on the basis of TRT AVAZ.
