Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov met on Tuesday with Russian Trade Representative in Kyrgyzstan Ainur Samanov.
During the talks, key issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation and strengthening industrial cooperation between the countries were discussed, including projects implemented within the framework of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF), the Economy Ministry said.
The parties agreed to intensify joint work within the framework of the working group on industry and the intergovernmental commission, and also outlined the prospects for holding joint events in 2025 aimed at expanding trade and economic ties and strengthening industrial cooperation.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that joint projects will become the basis for the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation, the creation of new jobs and the introduction of advanced technologies in various sectors of the economy.
