Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2025. /Kabar/. The oat taking ceremony for deputies of the 8th convocation of Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) and the presentation of their certificates and badges took place in the parliament building. Eighty-seven elected deputies swore allegiance to the country.
As a reminder, early elections for deputies of Jogorku Kenesh were held in Kyrgyzstan on November 30, 2025, in 30 multi-mandate constituencies. Following the results of the elections in 29 constituencies, the elections were validated; in one constituency, re-election will be held due to violations in the electoral process.
