Bishkek, October 23, 2026 /Kabar/. Three days of international meetings and promising negotiations: JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" has taken part in Routes World 2026.
From October 21 to 23, Frankfurt hosted Routes World 2026, one of the largest international aviation forums, bringing together representatives from airlines, airports, and the broader aviation industry from over 120 countries.
The forum featured more than 10,000 business meetings and negotiations focused on developing international air connectivity, launching new routes, and strengthening global cooperation.
Kyrgyzstan was represented at this major international event by JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" and the national carrier, Asman Airlines.
Kyrgyzstan’s participation this year carries particular significance; following the country’s removal from the European Union’s aviation "blacklist," new prospects have emerged for the development of an international route network.
During the forum, representatives from JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" and Asman Airlines held business meetings with international aviation partners to discuss potential collaborations, the launch of new destinations, and the expansion of their flight networks.
A highlight was the participation of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" as an official sponsor of the second day of Routes World 2026, during which the potential and development prospects of Kyrgyzstan’s aviation sector were presented to the international aviation community," noted Aman Mamaev, the company’s Commercial Director.
