Bishkek, Oct. 22, 2025 /Kabar/. Ministry of Economy and Commerce introduced a new ABilling payment system for the public sector. The innovative payment system was introduced by representatives of Aiyl Bank OJSC. This system is designed to create, register and manage payments and also provides the ability to pay for services of organizations via QR code.
During the meeting, the principle of operation of the ABilling system for structures under the jurisdiction of the ministry was demonstrated, and its high potential for simplifying and automating payment processes was noted.
As noted, the launch of this system will make the interaction between government agencies and citizens more efficient, and make payments more convenient, faster and more transparent through the use of modern digital technologies.
