Bishkek, July 27, 2026. /Kabar/. The creative delegation from Uzbekistan has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Days of Uzbekistan Culture, which will be held on July 27-28 in Cholpon-Ata.
Askaraly Madaminov, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan, met the guests at the Issyk-Kul International Airport (Tamchy).
The Uzbek delegation was headed by Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Minister of Culture and People's Artist of Uzbekistan.
The delegation included approximately 200 representatives of culture and the arts, including renowned performers, musicians, dance groups, cultural figures, and members of the creative intelligentsia.
Over the course of two days, they will present a rich cultural program to residents and visitors of the Issyk-Kul region, reflecting the rich historical and cultural heritage and contemporary achievements of Uzbek art.
The ministry noted that the Days of Culture will be a significant event in the cultural life of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and will contribute to the further strengthening of cultural and humanitarian cooperation and friendly ties between the two countries.
