Bishkek, Sept. 1, 2026. /Kabar/. About 800 representatives of local and foreign media are working in Bishkek to cover the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit.
Special press center in a tent has been set up for media representatives next to the Yntymak Ordo State Complex. They will cover key summit events, speeches, and meetings of the heads of state of the SCO member states.
The current summit is being held as part of Kyrgyzstan's 2025–2026 SCO Presidency and coincides with the organization's 25th anniversary.
Kyrgyzstan's SCO Presidency is under the motto: "25 Years of the SCO: Together for Sustainable Peace, Development, and Prosperity."
