Bishkek, Feb.17, 2026. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev introduced Acting Minister Akyl Toktobaev to the staff of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers press service, Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that Akyl Toktobaev's appointment demonstrates the high level of trust on the part of the country's leadership.
He expressed confidence that, thanks to his professional experience, knowledge, and managerial skills, the new head will be able to successfully address the department's ambitious tasks and ensure a systematic approach to addressing priority issues.
It should be noted that Akyl Toktobaev has been appointed Acting Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision by presidential decree. His candidacy has been submitted to Jogorku Kenesh for approval.
