Bishkek, Sept. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. Ayaz Baetov, the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN in New York, has been appointed Special Representative of the President for Special Assignments, the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reportede.
President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the relevant decree.
