In the first nine months of 2025, 31 large enterprises, 4 trade and logistics centers, 68 cooperatives, and 7 machine and tractor stations (MTS) were established in Kyrgyzstan's processing industry, Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry told at Altyn Kuz agricultural fair and the "AgroTechExpo-2025" agro-industrial exhibition.
According to him, as a result, more than 900 new jobs have been created, and 32 enterprises have implemented international quality standards.
This means the construction of new enterprises, the modernization of equipment, and increased export potential. Fruit, nut, bean, and honey processing enterprises in Kyrgyzstan are expanding their exports to markets in Eurasia, China, Japan, and the Middle East.
