Bishkek, Aug. 20, 2026 /Kabar/. An international sambo tournament was held in Moscow from August 13 to 15.
According to the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, students from the Specialized Youth Sports School represented Kyrgyzstan with distinction and won four prizes.
Competition results:
Adilet uulu Kubanych - 2nd place (up to 71 kg);
Bayel Dzhakshylykov - 3rd place (up to 79 kg);
Nikita Voroshilin - 3rd place (up to 98 kg);
Ilya Sukhinin - 3rd place (over 98 kg).
