Bishkek, Sept. 22, 2026 /Kabar/. Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, will pay a working visit to the city of Hangzhou, People's Republic of China.
During the visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev will hold meetings with Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the PRC, as well as with the heads of various companies and organizations.
In addition, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers will visit the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo.
Bishkek hosts Cybernomad Fest 2026 Cybersecurity Festival
Bishkek, Sept. 22, 2026 /Kabar/. Today, the Cybernomad Fest 2026 national cybersecurity festival is taking place in Bishkek, bringing together over 700 representatives from government agencies, the financial sector, IT companies, and international experts.
The State Committee for National Security is the primary organizer of Cybernomad Fest 2026. The festival is also being held with the active participation and organizational partnership of the National Bank, SkySOC Beeline, and the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek.
The centerpiece of the official program was the first meeting of the interagency commission on information and cybersecurity. Meeting participants discussed the assessment of current threats, interagency coordination, and mechanisms for protecting government digital systems.
Throughout the day, the festival will feature:
- Cyber Conference: an expert forum dedicated to protecting the banking and telecommunications sectors, countering cyber threats, and training specialized personnel. - Cyber Nomad CTF: an in-person Attack/Defense cybersecurity competition final where 11 finalist teams defend their own infrastructure while simultaneously identifying vulnerabilities in their opponents' systems under conditions that closely mirror real-world scenarios.
- Cyber EXPO: a technology exhibition where over 10 leading companies showcased their proprietary developments and solutions in the field of information security.
- Networking Hub: a professional venue for fostering business connections among the corporate sector, government bodies, and the expert community.
The organizers envision Cybernomad Fest becoming an annual national platform for sharing expertise, developing the practical skills of specialists, and systematically strengthening Kyrgyzstan’s cyber resilience.
