Bishkek, Aug. 30, 2026 / Kabar /. The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation is hosting a forum on humanitarian ties between Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries, titled "Harmony of Voices Reaching Ahead – A New Path of Development."
This event is jointly organized by the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic (NTRC) and the China Media Group (CMG). At the beginning of the event, Presidential Press Secretary Askat Alagozov read a welcoming address from President Sadyr Zhaparov, after which the floor was given to invited guests.
In his address, the president noted the importance of this event on the eve of the SCO summit and wished the forum success.
Forum participants noted the role of the media in the context of the development of new technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as the importance of cooperation within the organization.
Reports will also be presented on the current perspective, mission, and responsibilities of the media in SCO member states, as well as on innovative media development.
Representatives of leading media companies, IT and media technology specialists, scientists, and researchers will participate in the forum.
