Bishkek, July 22, 2026 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan..

During the meeting, Cabinet of Ministers discuss Action Plan implementation for the first half of this year, and a report from the Department of Political and Economic Research of the Administration.

According to the information presented, the implementation of the Action Plan for the first half of 2026 includes 80 events. Along with the positive results of government agencies' implementation of the instructions, they noted existing shortcomings, an analysis of problematic issues, the causes of their occurrence were identified, and appropriate decisions were made.

Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the Cabinet of Ministers' Action Plan for 2026 is the main strategic document guiding the development of the state. He noted that each instruction, each event, and each indicator advances the achievement of national goals set by 2030, and therefore all assigned tasks must be completed in full and to a high standard. It was also noted that at the end of the year, the implementation of 670 events will be assessed, and the accountability of government agencies will be assessed based on the results.

In addition, a draft decree of the Cabinet of Ministers approving the Export and Marketing Strategy for 2026–2030 for enterprises in Kyrgyzstan's industrial cluster was reviewed and approved. The document aims to identify priority areas for developing exports of pharmaceutical, jewelry, and agricultural products.

Furthermore, the meeting discussed issues related to the development of the energy sector, and following the discussion, a number of instructions were issued to the relevant government agencies.

Concluding the meeting, Kasymaliev noted that Kyrgyzstan will soon host a number of major international and national events. In this regard, he called on cabinet members to ensure high-quality preparation for the upcoming events.
