Of these, 13 thousand 782 applications were accepted for the assignment of benefits. This was 96.2 percent of the total applications.
12,205 (89%) of the applications were submitted by citizens in electronic format via a mobile application. And 1,577 applications (11%) were submitted on paper.
“Unfortunately, 536 applications (4%) were not accepted. The main reasons for this are the inconsistencies of data in state information systems and state information resources,” the report says.
The ministry began accepting applications for the allowance through the “Tunduk” application on July 1.
