Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev received on Friday investors working in the mining sector, led by He Ruqiu, a representative of the Chinese company Hunan Global South Industry, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the meeting, the possibilities of implementing geological exploration projects in the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed.
The investors expressed their willingness to invest in geological exploration, the implementation of modern technologies, infrastructure development, personnel training, and the creation of new jobs. Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that the government is interested in attracting foreign investors to develop minerals, polymetals, and rare earth elements, and is prepared to cooperate, giving relevant instructions.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on further cooperation with the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision and the state-owned enterprise Kyrgyzgeology to discuss possible formats for collaboration to implement bilateral investment projects.
