Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. The state enterprise "Eco Operator" collected 342 million 417.2 thousand soms from disposal fees during the first 9 months of 2026. Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision reports.
According to the data, the funds collected increased by 214 million 411.3 thousand soms compared to the same period last year.
"Currently, efforts are underway in coordination with the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service to increase the number of payers, ensure the timely receipt of payments, and recover outstanding debts," the statement says.
The disposal fee is collected from manufacturers and importers of goods and their packaging that are subject to recycling. Twenty-four categories of such goods have been approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
