Bishkek, Sept. 8, 2026/Kabar/. American actor and multiple world kickboxing champion Don "The Dragon" Wilson shared his life experiences and addressed the youth of Kyrgyzstan during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
The actor noted that he gives motivational speeches to children and conducts seminars. According to him, the main condition for achieving goals is self-confidence.
"I give motivational speeches to children and conduct seminars. I share with people that before you can achieve something, you need to believe in your ability to do it. That's the key. "Most people don't believe in themselves," said Don Wilson.
He said that even his friends didn't believe he could become a world kickboxing champion.
"Even my friends, when I told them I'd become a world kickboxing champion, said, 'You'll never do it.' But I believed I could.
I looked at the current champion and thought he was much better than me. But I believed I could reach that level if I worked hard," the actor said.
Don Wilson added that he ultimately won 11 world titles.
"Yes, I'm in the Guinness Book of World Records. No one has ever achieved that—11 world titles," he emphasized.
