Bishkek, July 23, 2026 /Kabar/. The situation involving Kyrgyz citizens following the incident at the Wildberries warehouse in Elektrostal, Russia, is under control.
According to labor and migration ministry, the ministry's representative office in Russia, together with the Kyrgyz Embassy, are monitoring the situation and coordinating with the relevant government agencies.
Representatives responded to the scene and received information from the medical facilities where the injured were taken. They also met with Kyrgyz citizens working at the warehouse and provided them with the necessary information.
It was reported that two Kyrgyz citizens were injured in the incident and were hospitalized. One of them has already been discharged after receiving treatment.
The ministry, together with the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia, continues to monitor the citizens' condition and provide them with the necessary assistance.
