Bishkek, June 18, 2026 /Kabar/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has launched the "Electronic Consul" mobile app.
According to the ministry, the new digital service is designed to make consular services more accessible and efficient for Kyrgyz citizens abroad or planning to leave the country.
In the first phase, app users will have access to:
- Obtaining a certificate of return to Kyrgyzstan;
- Requesting documents and scheduling appointments online;
- Registration for temporary or permanent consular registration;
- Reference information on travel regulations and diplomatic mission contacts;
- SOS function for emergency calls.
- Appointment booking.
The list of electronic consular services available through the mobile app is planned to be gradually expanded.
The "Electronic Consul" mobile app is currently in test mode and is available for download on Google Play. The app is expected to be released on the App Store soon.
