Bishkek, Sept. 16, 2025 /Kabar/. The production indicators in the processing industry of Kyrgyzstan continue to grow, said Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev at the WAPinvest 2025 investment forum in Bishkek.
According to him, at the moment, domestic products are exported to more than 80 countries, and the export basket includes over 60 items.
"In 2024, the total export volume amounted to almost 39 billion soms, and by the end of this year we plan to increase this figure to 70 billion," Torobaev noted.
The WAPinvest 2025 investment forum, initiated by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry, is aimed at attracting investment in priority sectors of the country's agro-industrial complex.
