First batch of fuel from China arrives in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, July 23, 2026 /Kabar/. The first batches of fuel and lubricants from China have arrived in Kyrgyzstan.

Earlier, Kyrgyz Energy Minister Altynbek Rysbekov announced the start of fuel and lubricant deliveries from China. He also stated that the country has signed agreements to import fuel from Belarus.

In addition, contract is in effect with Kazakhstan for monthly deliveries of 15,000 to 20,000 tons of fuel oil. This raw material is planned to be used for deep processing at domestic oil refineries, followed by the production of AI-92 gasoline and diesel fuel meeting K4 and K5 emission standards.

The ministry of energy also reported that work is ongoing to organize the supply of fuels and lubricants from Uzbekistan.
