Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2026 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers-Head of the Administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan Adilbek Kasymaliev held meetings with representatives of the business community of China in Hangzhou within the framework of his working visit to the People's Republic of China.
In particular, the head of the Cabinet visited the head office of the Geely Auto Group and held talks with the management of the organization. The delegation was introduced to the activities of the enterprise and told about the technical capabilities, mission and potential of the corporation.
During the meeting, the sides confirmed their interest in developing cooperation and expressed readiness to consider the possibility of opening a joint venture in Kyrgyzstan, developing service infrastructure.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to create a joint working group to study this initiative.
Of note, the corporation’s portfolio includes brands such as Geely, Lynk & Co, Zeekr, Volvo, Polestar, Proton, and Lotus, as well as five major research centers and more than ten manufacturing bases around the world. The sales network covers more than 100 countries and regions.
Within the framework of the working visit, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers also held meetings with representatives of the PRC business community, during which prospects for the development of cooperation in the fields of construction of social facilities, communications, logistics and the banking and financial sector were discussed.
