According to him, Kyrgyzstanis already have the opportunity to receive key medical certificates electronically directly through the "Tunduk" mobile app. At the same time, the ministry is implementing a large-scale project to automate license issuance, which aims to completely eliminate paperwork and free entrepreneurs from having to visit the ministry.

"While it used to take an average of about 100 days to obtain a single license, now applicants don't even need to visit the Ministry of Health. All documents required to open a clinic or pharmacy are submitted electronically, significantly simplifying the process. We plan to fully launch this project by the end of August," noted Damirbek Osmonov.
