Bishkek, June 9, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, June 9, the President of International Taekwondo Federation (ITF), Grandmaster Ri Yong Son, arrived in Kyrgyzstan on official visit.
According to the federation, the purpose of the visit is to strengthen cooperation between the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) and the sports community of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of his visit, Ri Yong Son will hold working meetings with the federation's leadership, coaches, athletes, and representatives of state sports agencies, attend training sessions, and learn about the activities of organizations developing taekwondo in Kyrgyzstan.
The visit is expected to contribute to the further development of ITF taekwondo in the country, strengthen international ties, and enhance the prestige of Kyrgyz athletes on the global stage.
