Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Member of Parliament Dastan Dzhumabekov addressed the issue of migrants at Jogorku Kenesh session. He emphasized that there are many complaints from citizens working in Russia.
"Migrants complain that their rights are being violated there. They face many problems. Our garment workers also complain that their cargo is sitting idle at the Russian border; they are not allowing it to cross. New convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh has been elected. As Speaker, you should organize an official visit with Volodin and Matviyenko. Take the deputies and go to Moscow, organize bilateral meetings. It is our responsibility to resolve the issues of our citizens," he stated.
Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, in turn, noted that he had already received an invitation from Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko and State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin to make an official visit.
"We'll be making the visit in the third ten days of March this year, and we'll address these issues there," he replied.
