Bishkek, July 10, 2026 /Kabar/. During his working visit, Bakyt Torobaev, Kyrgyz president's special envoy for special assignments inspected the construction of Karakol-Enilchek highway.
During his visit to the construction sites, Bakyt Torobaev reviewed the progress of construction, inspected the facilities, and heard reports from representatives of contractors and responsible government agencies on the project's implementation.
Special attention was paid to adherence to the approved work schedule, construction quality, and the timely provision of construction materials and specialized equipment.
Karakol – Enilchek highway is crucial for developing transport infrastructure, improving accessibility to remote communities, and unlocking the tourism and economic potential of Issyk-Kul region.
Following the working visit, Bakyt Torobaev instructed contractors to ensure high-quality construction work, strengthen monitoring of project deadlines, and take the necessary measures to ensure timely completion.
