Bishkek, Jan.27, 2025. /Kabar/. In Bishkek, KGS 1 billion was allocated for the purchase of new equipment, Mayor of the Kyrgyz capital Aibek Dzhunushaliev said.
He noted that according to the plan, these funds were used to purchase 170 units of equipment. Thanks to direct contracts with factories, a total of 217 units of new equipment were purchased for public utilities.
“We planned to buy 170 units of equipment for KGS 1 billion. However, after we held direct negotiations with factories, we managed to buy 170 units of equipment and save KGS 450 million. Taking into account the savings, we were able to purchase a total of 217 units of equipment,” the Bishkek mayor added.
