Bishkek, March 24, 2025. /Kabar /. President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a Decree according to which the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation Kubanychbek Bokontaev was appointed Ambassador to Armenia concurrently with residence in Moscow.
Kubanychbek Bokontaev has been serving as the ambassador to Russia since August 2024.
