Bishkek, July 13, 2026. /Kabar/. This morning, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev began with a live broadcast on Birinchi Radio. Participation by heads of state agencies in such broadcasts has become a tradition as part of the "Open Cabinet: Territory of Responsibility" media project. Immediately after the broadcast, the minister arrived at the ministry and, along with journalists, headed to his office.
There, he spoke in detail about his diplomatic routine and showed memorable photographs capturing historic moments in the country's foreign policy.
The working day continued with operational matters and diplomatic procedures. Jeenbek Kulubaev sent condolences to his counterpart, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, on the death of the former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Furthermore, as part of ongoing diplomatic activities, the minister signed an exequatur for the Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Osh, allowing him to officially assume his duties, and approved the appointment of an Honorary Consul of Kyrgyzstan in southern Italy.
"My main work, of course, takes place in my office. I hold meetings and conferences in the conference room. We have a large volume of paperwork and substantive work. For example, my staff is currently actively preparing for the SCO summit. We hold daily videoconference meetings. More than 30 documents need to be prepared for the summit, and all of them are currently being discussed in detail," said Kulubaev.
As a reminder, the "Open Cabinet: Territory of Responsibility" media project aims to provide transparent coverage of government agencies' activities. Its main goal is to show the public the real, unvarnished working day of executives from morning until evening.
