Bishkek, Oct. 22, 2025 /Kabar/. Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev toured Kyrgyzcenterprodukt agricultural processing plant located in the Moskovsky district of Chui Region. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the company is one of the leading processors, freezers, and packagers of fruits and vegetables. The plant utilizes cutting-edge European technologies.

The production lines cover the entire cycle—from receiving and sorting raw materials, washing and peeling, slicing, freezing (IQF), packaging, and storage of finished products. The equipment used at the plant preserves the flavor, texture, and nutritional value of the products.

The product range includes:

  • frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, and others);
  • fruits and berries (cherries, plums, raspberries, strawberries, etc.);
  • fruit and vegetable mixes for the HoReCa and retail sectors.

All products meet international quality and safety standards; the company has implemented and consistently maintains HACCP and ISO 22000 systems. The main raw materials are sourced from Kyrgyz farms, ensuring the eco-friendliness and freshness of the products.
