Bishkek, Jan. 27, 2025. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan Duishonkul Chotonov met on Saturday with Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Beibut Atamkulov, the press service of the diplomatic mission of Kyrgyzstan in Tashkent reported.
During the conversation, which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the parties discussed the high level of bilateral relations between the two countries and other issues of mutual interest.
On the same day, Ambassador Duishonkul Chotonov met with Ambassador of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan Abduzhabbor Rahmonzoda.
The parties exchanged views on practical measures being taken to further strengthen Kyrgyz-Tajik friendly and good-neighborly relations and expressed their readiness for close cooperation on all issues of interest.
Duishonkul Chotonov was appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan by decree of President Sadyr Zhaparov on December 19, 2024.
