Bishkek, Nov. 3, 2025. /Kabar/. The national team of Kyrgyzstan, which took part in the 3rd Asian Youth Games held in Bahrain, returned home on November 2.
According to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic, the athletes were welcomed at Manas International Airport by Emil Zayarko, Director of the Directorate for Non-Olympic Sports; Baktyyar Bokoev, Director of the Taimanbas Sports School; Rustam Niyazaliev, Director of the specialized Olympic reserve school “Yntymak”; as well as family members of the athletes.
The Kyrgyz team included gold medalist in jiu-jitsu Ramazan Tyanguber, bronze medalists Abdusomad Tynchtykbekov and Mukhammed Mukhamedov, silver medalist in boxing Zubair Akramov, silver medalists in judo Erlan Kadyrbaev and Milena Borubolotova, and bronze medalists Yasemin Talgartbekova and Sanzhar Abdildaev.
The 3rd Asian Youth Games took place in Manama, Bahrain. Kyrgyzstan was represented by 145 athletes competing in 18 sports disciplines.
In total, Kyrgyz athletes won 21 medals — 1 gold, 9 silver, and 11 bronze.
