Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2026 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chief of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev, during a working visit to Belarus, attended a restricted-attendance meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
Before the meeting, a welcoming ceremony and a joint photo session were held at the level of heads of government of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states, after which the heads of delegations proceeded to the meeting hall.
The meeting addressed a number of issues aimed at further deepening economic integration within the EAEU and developing a broad range of multilateral cooperation.
The meeting was attended by the prime ministers of the EAEU member states: Alexander Turchin of Belarus, Olzhas Bektenov of Kazakhstan, Mikhail Mishustin of Russia, as well as Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan joined the meeting online.
A more detailed discussion of cooperation between EAEU member states will continue at an expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
