Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2026. /Kabar/. On February 4-8, the XI Scientific and Practical Seminar on Cultivation of Aquatic Bioresources and the I International Exhibition on Aquaculture were held in Antalya, Turkiye.
According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry, the following Kyrgyz fishery entities participated in the exhibition:
"Aqua Prom" LLC;
"Eftar Agro Complex" LLC;
"Salih and Ko" LLC;
the BioJem plant, which offers feed products.
The listed entities presented their products at the exhibition. Among them: fish and seafood, including trout caviar and smoked fish products, special feeds for aquaculture.
"Aquaculture is considered one of the important factors in ensuring sustainable food security, economic development, as well as a direction for the efficient use of natural resources," the report says.
For the first time, the seminar was held in conjunction with an international exhibition, bringing together participants from many countries, representatives of science, business, investors, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations on one platform.
