Bishkek, June 26, 2026. /Kabar/. Erlist Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, received representatives of approximately ten Chinese companies during his working visit to the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China (XUAR).
During the meeting, representatives of businesses including China National Petroleum Corporation, China Road and Bridge Corporation, Xinjiang Sanbao Industrial Group Co., Ltd., China Datang Overseas Investment Co., Ltd., Khorgos International Trading Company, Xinjiang Commercial Logistics (Group) Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Daheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Altyn-Zhol International Trade and Logistics Company expressed their intention to develop cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in their respective areas and presented their investment proposals.
The parties discussed the implementation of joint economic projects in road construction, agricultural processing, energy, mining, fuel and lubricants, and bilateral trade.
Among the entrepreneurs were those who had previously successfully implemented large-scale projects in Kyrgyzstan. They expressed their readiness to launch new projects, noting that Kyrgyzstan offers extremely favorable conditions for doing business.
