Bishkek, Feb. 23, 2026. /Kabar/. Minister of Transport and Communications Talantbek Soltobayev paid a working visit to Issyk-Kul region. According to the ministry, as part of the working visit, the minister visited construction work on the basis of the reconstruction project of the "Balykchy - Bokonbayev - Karakol" highway, inspected the work being carried out on kilometers 87-140 and the construction of bridges.
The minister gave relevant instructions to accelerate road work from the beginning of the construction season, complete it on time and with high quality.
In addition, the Minister of Transport set specific instructions to the responsible officials to pay special attention to the quality of road construction and put the facilities into operation within the established time frame.
