Bishkek, March 11, 2026. /Kabar/. Member of the Jogorku Kenesh Ulan Primov expressed gratitude to Sadyr Zhaparov for maintaining direct and open dialogue with parliamentarians during a parliamentary session on March 11.
Primov noted that the country had never before seen a president communicate with deputies in such a direct and open format.
“This demonstrates your closeness to the people and speaks of your simplicity. For this, I want to express my gratitude,” the MP said.
President Zhaparov took part in the session of the Jogorku Kenesh, during which newly appointed ministers took the oath of office. The head of state also delivered a speech outlining key priorities of the government.
During the session, the president addressed a number of political, economic and social issues, after which members of parliament asked questions.
