Bishkek, June 5, 2026. /Kabar/. Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) completed digitizing legislative process.

"From now on, all draft laws and accompanying documents attached to them will be submitted to the parliament for consideration in electronic format. After adoption, they will be electronically signed and sent to the president. In this regard, relevant amendments have also been made " the report says.

Previously, the opportunity to involve relevant parties in committee meetings online has been created, and this continues on an ongoing basis. The work of the public reception has also been completely digitized, and citizens' appeals are being accepted in electronic format with the help of artificial intelligence.

As noted, such steps contribute to ensuring the speed and efficiency of document circulation, facilitating the processes of storing and searching documents, and strengthening communication between deputies and citizens.
