Bishkek, Sept. 2, 2026 /Kabar/. Today, September 2, the official opening of the 2nd session of Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic of the 8th convocation took place. According to the parliamentary press service, Speaker of Jogorku Kenesh Marlen Mamataliev declared the parliamentary session open, and the anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic was played.
Let us recall that in accordance with Article 83 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, Article 32 of the Rules of Procedure of Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic, “Sessions of Jogorku Kenesh are carried out in the form of meetings and are held from the first working day of September to the last working day of June of the following year.”
