Bishkek, Feb. 9, 2026. /Kabar/. Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu will pay an official visit to the Republic of Turkiye from February 9-11 at the invitation of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkiye Numan Kurtulmush.
Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu will begin his first official visit since his re-election as Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh in Turkiye, where he will hold a series of high-level meetings.
He is expected to discuss issues related to the development of interparliamentary cooperation with Numan Kurtulmuş and exchange views on strengthening bilateral relations.
Numan Kurtulmuş made an official visit to Kyrgyzstan last April, during which a memorandum on interparliamentary cooperation was signed. Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu will be accompanied on his official visit to the Republic of Turkiye by MPs Alisher Kozuyev, Kunduzbek Sulaimanov, Akylbek Tumonbayev, Nurbek Sydygaliev, Eldar Sulaimanov, Gulai Mashrapova, and Elvira Surabaldieva.
